  • Our contactless collection “text&collect” service helps limit physical contact and reduce the risk of covid-19.
  • Using 'text & collect' helps ensure all hire items are ready for a contactless collection at the address of Derive Event Hire- Social distancing is still one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy.
  • All equipment is individually cleaned and disinfected between every hire for your safety. We use A hospital grade formula- which ensures the hire items are sterile up to 24 hrs after treatment.
  • If your equipment is being Collected text Dèrive Event Hire Hr before arrival . Call once you have completed your pick-up
  • When returning items - Text 1 Hr before arrival - and confirm once items have been safely returned.
  • For your safety, please make sure you read any instructions or guidance from Dèrive Event Hire.
  • Where required, we are collecting contact details for contact tracing should we be required to assist health authorities in the event of a positive COVID-19 case.
  • Dèrive Event Hire has a COVIDSafe plan and will continue to follow all government guidelines as they apply to our business, our customers and the communities we work and live in.
